Built around 1858, Tupperville School is one of Nova Scotia’s historic one-room schoolhouses. After being moved twice, the school settled at its present location in 1885, where its Greek Revival design and distinctive six-over-six windows remain defining features. The school served the community for a century and was among the last one-room schools in the county to close. In 1972, the community preserved its legacy by transforming the building into a school museum.
